I took my dog to another vet before I found Dr. Freeland, the prior vet showed little to no compassion for my baby nor did he take the time to explain what was happening and why it was happening. When I went to see Dr. Freeland he took the time to explain everything perfectly to me and even gave me a packet to read more on about the issue. I took my baby yesterday for surgery and got her back the same day and she is doing perfectly thanks to Dr. Freeland and the perfect care he took of her. I appreciate the compassionate care, kindness dignity and support Dr. Freeland and his staff gave to my sweet Sable and me. Having to say goodbye to my sweet girl was incredibly difficult. Thank you to all at Pet Partners for everything you all did to make this time easier for Sable and me.
It's pretty obvious by the number of good reviews, that outnumber the bad ones, by a huge margin, what the quality of service is from Dr. Freeland's office. We all know, there are those people, that no matter what you do, can never be satisfied. I highly recommend Dr. Freeland's office to anyone looking for compassionate vet care for their fur babies.
