I dearly love Dr Freeland! When Stumpy jumped off my bed and got hurt, we took him to the emergency room in Slappey Blvd., where Dr Freeland worked. He got Stumpy fixed and we went home. When he opened his office on East Broad Ave, I took Stumpy and Rover to him and he took care of them until they passed. I'll never forget, he called Stumpy the buyer He had to put a muzzle on him. Took care of my furbaby after he was hit by a car. Luckily no fractures, but they sure helped him feel better. Thanks for taking care of him so quickly!
They Care about each animal they treat.
Dr. Freeland is awesome! Michelle is really the boss—she keeps everything at that office on track. Both Michelle and Dr. Freeland are great pet lovers and treat your pet with the utmost respect and care. I am NEVER concerned when I have to leave my pet all day with them.
Dr. Freeland has been my family vet for at least 20 years and has never disappointed me.
Dr. Freeland really cares for animals. I found East Albany Animal Clinic when my first doh was going through what another vet told me was mange. Dr. Freeland advised me that my dog actually had a bad allergies. save me a lot of money and made my dog much happier. I will never take my girls anywhere else.
Dr Freeland and Michelle care about our animal. They both give them the best care that you can ask for.
Great place to adopt a kitty in need of a home! Adopted our baby a couple of months and she has been the best addition since our previous cat died from heat disease. Was looking for something a little older and we found the perfect one. The vets office was great to deal with and could tell they really care about their babies. Spot now named star is so thankful to have a home and is very spoiled now. Will see them for her yearly shots.
AMAZING, CARING and COMPASSIONATE is only the first three words that come to mind. Dr. Freeland is nothing short on the true meaning of putting the patient first. He doesn't give-up and dedication is something that is beyond humbling, but a blessing. He was 110% focused on our furry family furry members not looking, asking, or even blinking on what it will financially cost; he even continues to provide care to animals that were dropped off only to have their owners never return. He is every version of the definition of human... read more
