The best part of my daughter's stay was Katelyn the peds night nurse. She was bubbly and kind even at 1145 pm...the er is always packed but that's kind of expected so our Saturday visit on the adult side was a b+ visit. Our return visit Sunday via ambulance scores a d in my book. We were in the peds er...not enough staff to handle all of the patients. The docs were very harried which is not a good mix with adult patience and horrible when children are involved.
