My eleven year old daughter just had spine surgery because her scoliosis had progressed. The pediatric ICU had an amazing staff! Care and attention to her pain levels and comfort were their concern at all times. Support staff was wonderful as well. Dr. Allen Carl is the most patient, kind, and skilled surgeon hands down. We have been under his care for four years and have always loved Dr. Carl, but his precision as a surgeon cannot be matched. Had us waiting for 3 hours in waiting room.. then when we got to room in er waiting another 3 hours while son was in pain.
I would like to talk to the boss because as a farther they show no care and some people that work there was trying to take my baby and some of them was lie to my face and some I don't feel good around my baby they make me feel like not to come back I pray that God open your eyes every man that come to be there for they're children should feel good as much as the mom

We feel that the words "Medical Center" should never be associated with this hospital. They are a research and teaching hospital. They receive millions of dollars from these students. There have been many stories of how this "place" handles very serious illness and injuries. This hospital sends patients all over the State. Be it Westchester, NYC, Mass. General, PA, etc. This hospital needs to get doctors who can handle a lot of serious situations. Get the machines and the staff you need instead of sending people who live in ... read more
