Fortunately, I did not have an emergency, but I wouldn't recommend coming here for anything. There is no communication between anyone at all. As a patient, you're expected to keep records of whom you speak to, know their schedule, shift change and administrative procedures. It's pretty, but that's it. I'm just glad it was not for anything serious, but is any emergency medical facility great? They know we have no choice.
RecommendedBest experience I have had at an emergent care . Registration was a breeze. The nurse was caring and kept my daughter calm and comfortable. The nurse practitioner was attentive and knowledgeable. As a nurse , I know exceptional medical care when I receive it and this Emergent care center was top notch.

Stop charging like you are an emergency room. Unbelievable!! If it's that serious - I suggest going to an actual emergency room, if not, wait until your doctor's office is open.
