I will never enter through those doors again, full of incompetent, rude and unhelpful staff. You took the job and if you rude to people who are sick, then quit. Wonder how many people have died or been seriously injured there. Never did hear anything else about the guy they killed from positional asphyxiation while administration of psych meds. They all received training for that and all should be charged with negligent homicide.

Brought in my clients 84 year old woman and her 97year old husband. From the moment we walked in and until with we left.. every single encounter was thorough and they were treated with respect, kindness, & professionalism! what a wonderful staff! I don’t recommend this place. Had a doctor that does not know here skills at all. Very rude disrespectful don’t care about the patients only about there money. Misdiagnosed our son and almost killed him. Took him to the hospital and found out what was really wrong with him. Will never go here again and don’t recommend this place to anyone
So I'm in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) at Albany Medical center, a highly respected teaching institution, when a woman comes in to change the garbage bags out of my big trash cans, and she's wearing her mask below her nose! I have cancer, heart disease, kidney disease, and diabetes. And I think I'm the healthiest one on this floor. Because I really don't believe I belong in the ICU, andnd this woman walks in essentially wearing no mask. To me that's unconscionable. your senior public relations person, Laura Fissette, allowed me to listen in to private 8:45AM meeting where critical cases were discussed. This occurred routinely. she would make derogatory comments about opiod overdose victims. I fairly confident that these are serious HIPPA VIOLATIONS and the families of the victims would not approve. She smokes pot, eats tons of edibles and is a serious wino. The alcohol wreaks from her body in the mornings, but she doesn't have to be in the office so you don't notice it.

RecommendedOver the past couple of years, I've been there a couple of times. The folks who work there are awesome. Skilled at what they do, great communicators, and very caring. Highly recommend.
