I swear by this place! So caring and very thorough! Has all the medical equipment needed without the emergency room wait and very expensive er copay!
We went in because my husband had a thumb that had been clipped by a table saw. We were ushered in quickly and the service by Brad, Heather and the rest of the team was exceptional. Thank you!!
Very clean building. Staff were friendly and fun to be around. Made me feel very comfortable and at ease Went there on Christmas for a swollen finger. Doctor was very pleasant and fun to joke with. Will go here instead of the one in saratoga springs.
My boyfriend went there over the summer feeling horrible, body aches, high fever and a rash. They told him he had a virus, did no tests ( blood or anything else) and sent him home with nothing. He still felt horrible. Then the next day he was traveling through Worcester MA and felt so bad he went to an Urgent Care. They immediately thought he had Lyme disease and started treating him for it and tested his blood. With the antibiotics he started feeling better and the blood test for Lyme was positive.
I was less than impressed! Went in with severe hip pain and it was totally misdiagnosed as bursitis! Obviously the Dr. had NO idea what he was talking about! Three weeks later I underwent a hip replacement!!! I would not go back there!!!
I myself was very impressed by the everything that I had for my recovery on my hand. The doctor and the nurses you couldn't ask for anything better. I went here only for my hand that I ripped apart. So I thank them also. Great results and didn't know anything about this place until I was sent there.
