Having to change providers due to insurance is the worst especially when you have been seeing the same Dr for years. Not this time! Had my first appt with Dr. Jennifer Northrop in the Clifton Park location and actually happy I HAD to switch providers. From Kate at reception, the nurse that did my vitals, sorry I think his name was Tyrrell- I apologize sir- to Dr Northrop I was very pleased. Thank you all for making an uncomfortable issue so smooth!

I love Dr Clift and his nurse. they are trying to determine what my problem is. Very patient and thorough. Seeing them now for another health concern. Also I've had two colonoscopies with them and will be having a third in a few months. I especially like the fact that you don't have to have go to a hospital for the procedure. You can park right outside their entrance and their offices are just inside the entrance. No trying to find the office in a big building. Finally got some answers after months of pain and nausea!! there is renewed hope thanks to Dr. Warndorf.
I started to see Dr. Warndorf in January and I feel very fortunate. He is kind, compassionate and empathetic. He explains things thoroughly and makes you feel as though you can ask any questions that you need answers to. In addition the staff is very professional yet approachable and helpful. It's never easy to be ill but feeling safe and trusting the person caring for you is very important. I highly recommend my Dr. and his practice for the best care.
