I just had an appointment last week. It was my first visit. I'm always a little nervous going to the dentist, but as soon as I walked in I was greeted and made to feel welcomed. The hygienist was gentle and was sure to make me feel at ease. She did a great job. I met the dentist briefly when he checked my teeth. He was attentive and was easy to talk with. I would definitely recommend this group. I know I found my new dentist!

Called a few weeks ago and told them I had an almost 2 year old they made me an appointment at that time for a few weeks later. Sat and waited for 45 minutes passed our appointment time just to sit in the dental chair for not even a minute and told to see a pediatric dentist. Why did they not tell me that when I booked the appointment! Very disappointed in the dentist! I will not be returning even when my son is older!
Honest, Accommodating, Friendly and knowledgeable. I cant say enough wonderful things about this practice. From the moment you walk in the door, until the moment you leave, you are given 100% by everyone who works there. I can be a very impatient person, and at times, a real pain in the ass �, but the staff always calms me down and gives me exceptional service � LOVE, LOVE, LOVE them �
I usually don't write reviews but I had to come say a few words about this office, from the moment we walked in we we greeted by a friendly receptionist, attended immediately the appointment was for my 4 year old son he was smiling throughout his entire appointment. Thank you Albany County Dental for making my toddlers experience a happy one.
