Very friendly doctor and staff. Explained to me thoroughly my treatment plan and costs. Listened to my concerns and what my goals were. I am looking forward to working with this practice.
This is the worst dental practice ever. They make appointments to cancel and reschedule several times or even worse let you wait for your appointment for a half hour before telling you that the doctor isn't even coming in. You never get the same dentist perhaps because they can't keep them but will tell you you'll be seeing the same dentist only to arrive to once again find out that that dentist is no longer there. I would definitely recommend them especially my husband's dentist. She's very thorough and attentive. And, very friendly, and the staff are great! as a matter of fact, I'll be going there as a new patient soon hopefully. My husband is so happy and satisfied of the service and i am so grateful. beware not a correct facility
Went there for some fillings after some damage. the lady doing the grinding and filling didn’t seem to care about avoiding taking a grinder to my gums the entire time, however after a couple days, a filling fell out, so I went back and got it redone just to have it fall back out. Then another fell out, and most recently one in one of my molars fell out after eating a bologna and cheese sandwich. I’m never going back to these people again. I would not recommend them to anyone.
I went to Albany dental for a cavity today and they did an amazing job! They were gentle, kind, and did an amazing job! I felt no pain whatsoever and got amazing results! I highly recommend Dr. Marina, she's a miracle worker! Get yourself a Check up, you won't regret it! 😀
I highly recommend this place everyone is so friendly and helpful. I brought my 3 year old in for a checkup & everyone was so friendly he was full of smiles the whole time. Thank you Albany county
