This business should be shut down. They will take your money and your machine and never do the repair then block you or like me you will be sent back another broken machine that is not yours. Bad People.

I mailed my machine to them. Told me it would take a week. Every week I would email them with an update and they kept telling me they were waiting on a part. A part they said they had in stock when I sent it to them. After 4months they sent a machine back, but it was broken and not my machine. I sent them pictures of my machine vs the one they sent me completely different color. So I sent it back and they stopped returning my calls and emails. I sent my expensive coffee maker to them for repair in 2021. They kept me waiting for a year and a half, telling me it was fixed and soon to be shipped. Then they suddenly told me it was irreparably broken and would not even refund me!!! Now they won’t respond to calls or emails. STAY AWAY from them!!! Btw they are NOTan authorized Saeco repair facility, though they are listed as such online.

Do not use this company/repair service. Sent my Saeco in, charged $220 repair, was returned, didn't work, sent it back and never received it back. Have made multiple phone calls, etc all to to effect...
BEWARE!!!! BEWARE!!! PLEASE READ!!! I URGE anyone else who reads this and has been victimized my this man to contact the Attorney General of CA, BBB, IRS, even police department to report theft by this man. A goggle search indicates the CEO Rob lives on Rush Lane in Cathedral, California. I will go to any measures I can to stop this man from stealing from people.
