Got right in, Excellent customer service, & a price that’s more than fair.
One day years ago i went to a chain repair shop for an oil change and they did a free vehicle inspection lo and behold my wheel hubs were worn out and it required a minimun 600 plus $ repair. As i didnt have the money i told em im getting a second opinion. And i went to Alaska Professional for it. Turns out it was normal wear and tear and no repairs needed. I shopped around for a tire change over and every popular tire shop was booked till the following week. This place is not as busy so chances are a change over is fast, maybe even same day.
Ali is the best. Good & trustworthy mechanics are hard to find, but Ali has always gone above and beyond. He also takes time to get to know his customers, something you can tell by the slew of holiday and thank you mail from customers that is pinned to the wall. I happened to find Anchorage Professional Auto by luck when I first moved to Anchorage. My friends car, which she had kept in storage for the past year, wouldn't start.
