I had one simple question for the VA. I contacted several departments in the VA, including the administrators of the hospital. They could not give me an answer. Administrative office said someone would get back with me. It has been a week. They never did!. I finally went to the VA clinic and asked the receptionist and got the answer within 30 seconds.
Been going for about a year and am very satisfied. Got put on a whole plan and lost 20lbs. I look good and feel great! Dr. Royal is fantastic. The lady's at the front are great and organized, I really appreciate this because I run a small business and don't have time for mess ups. I highly recommend if you want good health and weight loss medical provider in Anchorage!
Alaska Premier Health refused to treat me. They said my beliefs about weight loss weren’t consistent with what they offer. They didn’t like intermittent fasting (which I said has provided some success) and what I said was the high amount of exercise that I need to do in order to lose and maintain weight. The doctor also used the word “ballooned” in regards to my weight. I specifically asked for a female provider and they scheduled me with a male (and a complete jerk).
