My time was wasted. I had an appointment for 9:00am by 9:17am I was sent into a room. By 9:30am I walked out of the office. Who knew what time the doctor would’ve came in for my 9:00 am appointment. There is a reason why I scheduled an early appointment. If there was an issue or delay why didn’t the office call me to reschedule?
I would highly recommend Dr. Klingenstein. I have seen her for a few years off and on. She is excellent clinically and has impeccable bedside manner.
