Dr. Wu, and his nurse Jessie, were very professional. I had no problems getting my pacemaker inserted. All my questions and concerns were adequately addressed.
If there was a '0', I'd have picked that. Very poor administration, lack of organization and/or follow through combined with inability to obtain test results, results in one angry patient
This particular visit to Alaska Heart Institute to see Dr Gray is the only visit I would give a rating of 1. Dr Gray is not personable, did not appear to review records prior to seeing a patient, spends minimal time with the patient and acts put off if you ask questions while you try to process what your referring physician has told you and what she chooses to share with you.
