The sauna was nice and hot. I liked it. I took a hour but my friend took 3 hours in and out of sauna. He said the dirt just rolled right off of him. Lol... We laughed. We had a good time.
Terrible experience, the gym owner harrassed me on messenger until I blocked her, and I’m out $340. Read other google and yelp reviews and you’ll know why to stay away from this place.
Alaska Fitness has a great staff, friendly environment, good equipment and best of all they are open 24 hours!! I love this gym and they have helped me reach many goals in my fitness journey. The have a great posing room for contest prep and a large steam room to sweat out toxins and relax after a hard day!! I will always be a fan and customer of the beat gym in town! Thank you Jen and Jim and Alaska Fitness!!
