I called on a Monday afternoon and left a courteous voice-mail requesting an estimate. They finally called me back Thursday evening. By this time I had already found another company. This lackluster interaction with customers is not a good business model. I'm quite disappointed. As I haven't actually interacted with their work, I won't give a one star review.
