Who runs the billing here? What a cluster. We just received a debt collection letter from an ER trip two weeks ago that we haven’t even seen the invoice for. Who does that?
I'm here to write the same review as everyone else, they didn't bill the proper insurance and sent me to collections! Now ive sent them to fraud for improper billing. I recommend everyone report them to the alaska medical board. Wish I could give zero stars.
bad billing practices; Providence ER is in-network, but the Alaska Emergency Med Assc ER doc is out-of-network. There is no way for patient to know the ER doc doesn't work for Providence and it was not disclosed.
Sent me to collections after I paid my bill and I have the receipts and proof that paid. Horrible billing and customer service
Zero stars for their billing services. They apparently lost the check from my insurance and sent my account to a debt collector even though they received payment more than once. They sent my comments to their "escalation team" over and over, no one ever returns my calls. Or resolves anything. Years! It has been 2 years! Debt collectors recommend that I just pay the bill and go after them with a lawyer.
