I called multiple times to make sure they had my insurance correct for billing. The rep assured me that everything was taken care of. I did not receive any bills so I assumed this was resolved. I just got a letter 8 months later stating I am in collections. I worked hard to build my credit and have 100% on-time payments just to get set back when I was covered and told that this was not going to be an issue. Now reading other reviews, I am upset that this even happened. I would not recommend going here.
1 star is not low enough. This company is awful and do not send out bills. They don’t mail out bills and then they turn you over to collections when you have no knowledge of a bill at all. You try to contact them yet they are not at the number available. I’ve gone to the hospital and spoken to billing and they are no help with this company. Worst ever!

One of the worst experiences I've had trying to resolve a medical bill. It was not a large amount but they got the patient name spelled wrong so my insurance won't pay it. Callng many times to different numbers is not successful in correcting the patient name. Now they are threatening to send me to collections. Wonderful.
