Dr. Rossi is the absolute best! He walked us through the risks, explained the surgery in detail, told us all of the potential outcomes in language we could understand. Many people suffering with bowel issues feel like there is no one out there to help them but I'm here to tell you there is. I was wanting to give up after years of “chronic” issue, many specialists, many different hospitals, and told to seek pain management. I was able to see Dr. Rossi and for the first time I feel there is hope and I am not going to have to live forever like this. I’m beyond words of gratitude for Dr. Rossi and the staff. I appreciate the care I received from Dr. George and the team. I had experienced poor service before being referred to them. I appreciate everything they did. The surgery went well and everything is back to how it should be thanks to them. I would recommend the facility and especially Dr. George to anyone needing their services.
Very disappointed in the after care. . I had colon surgery in August of 2025 and had two follow up appointments with Dr George. Since then the only communication I have had is with the front desk and her medical assistant ( after days of waiting usually for a call back). and then again to talk to her medical assistant to give me medical advise that has never helped me from the beginning with the severe constipation.
