Dr. Roupenian was thorough in his communication pre and post procedure and I appreciated his insight as a vascular surgeon and sonographer. He gave me multiple options for treatment and I found him to be very trustworthy. Sara, his medical assistant, went above-and-beyond in her client care. I recommend ACVLM to anyone seeking venous care!

Dr. Roupenian and his staff are wonderful! I researched Dr. Roupenian extensively before scheduling my first appointment and he had numerous patients speaking so highly of him. I had been dealing with chronic venous insufficiency for many years after a DVT. He performed an ultrasound, confirmed a suspected diagnoses of May Thurner Syndrome, and referred me to a surgeon in Seattle who was able to place a stent to help with the blood flow.
