Called to make an appointment and was told computers were down but someone would definitely get back to me by the end of the week... that was TWO weeks ago and I STILL haven’t heard back. Called FIVE times today, it would ring once then drop the call. Even tried to send email through the website, NO response. Very disappointed at how far down customer service has gone. Hi Reyna. I’m really sorry to see this post. I will make sure to pass this on to Dr. Malcom. The whole team cares about our patients, but we were virtually paralyzed while our computer operating system was down. It was a whole week of ZERO computer functionality and then 3 more days the next week of having two computer companies rebuild our system. I've had not so good experiences with dentists in the past. Alaska Advanced Dentistry has done everything to put me at ease and taken my procedures at a pace I'm comfortable with. OUTSTANDING customer service starting with the Ladies in the front, and continuing with chairside manner by the hygienist, dental assistant and dentist. I will be a patient for the long haul! Highly recommend!

Can’t say enough great things about this office. Dr. Schmidt is amazing! I could go on and on but I’ll keep it short and sweet: She has taken so much care with my husband and I in such a short time and is great with dental phobic patients such as myself. Her assistant Jessica is also fantastic, professional and caring. Also can’t say enough about how awesome of a Hygienist Cara is she is thorough, a wealth of knowledge, and super fun to visit with as she’s cleaning your pearly whites.
