Very happy with Alarm 2000. Kieth and his team were very professional in every aspect. Keith did a fine job with my system but told me that if I bought a z-wave system and paid $43 a month for a couple of years that CSG they would lower my rate significantly after the contract ends. They will not and it's clear that's not something they do. I feel mislead and I'm not looking for a new company.
Keith helped us get our alarm set up 4 years ago and they've been fantastic ever since. Forge ADT and go with Alarm 2000. You won't be disappointed.
