our alarm has been going off for an hour & cannot be turned off. cops have come & gone (thank you NOPD!). alarm company operators only say they "are trying to reach someone" & hang up on us. no technicians will answer their call. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. they are all smiles & reassurances when selling the service & then not reachable at 3 am when their system is malfunctioning.

This business is very knowledgeable and professional. Our security & fire system is monitored by their local central station 24/7. Our camera system has paid off in a couple of incidents. Thank you Alarm Protection Services! I sleep much better at night and love being able to view my property from my phone (or tablet) wherever I am.
