Had a great experience with the whole process of getting our security system and television set up through APS. Charlie, Marcos, Bryan and Josh did an amazing job of getting everything completed in one day!! They work together as a team and are very helpful in making sure things work and that you understand how to use the system and all the apps that are available!!

Charles came out an went over the limitations of our current system. He was very knowledgeable about the services that could up date our current system. Charles did not give us a hard sell. He was curiously and easy going. We have had APS about 25 yrs an have been satisfied with there services.
Excellent customer service from Victor Arroyo & Alarm Protection Services (APS). He is very knowledgeable in home security and was very professional from the beginning throughout installation. I highly recommend them!
