Charles came out an went over the limitations of our current system. He was very knowledgeable about the services that could up date our current system. Charles did not give us a hard sell. He was curiously and easy going. We have had APS about 25 yrs an have been satisfied with there services.

Charlie Douroux was very Professional and informative when I decided to make upgrades to our Alarm and Fire system. The two installers did an outstanding job installing our new system. APS is a Great company to deal with outstanding service. If any one needs an Alarm system this is the Best company to go with.
Charlie Douroux was very informative and professional in the selection and installation of my alarm system. He even followed up weeks after to see if everything was working correctly.
