My review of Alarm Masters is mixed. The owner, Brian ****** provided an excellent security assessment of our residence and made some sound recommendations. Unfortunately, the work took multiple trips due to some miscommunications between some of his contractors and technicians. Additionally, the system is still not fully functional as quoted and on two occasions I had to resolve wiring issues that disabled the alarm left behind when the technician left. Service has been excellent and they installed a highly customized system in my home. They call within a minute of the system being set off and I get notification of it being armed/disarmed and if it has gone off instantly with the ****** app. Much cheaper per month than the national companies and no contract.
Our medical practice has had a very negative experience with this company. The system was not installed properly by their installer, Valente ********** and we have had a constant problem with communication errors that they blamed on the telephone company. We had the system checked by a third party who immediately identified the deficiencies and errors that occurred.
