Wayne did a good job and recovered photos from my Seagate Backup Drive. Because of encryption issue with the drive, their first attempt was not successful, a day or two late, they called me to bring the drive back to try it again, they repaired the encryption key and decrypted the data successfully. I live 50 miles away from Alandata, the only time I am available to go there is Saturday before noon, Wayne always worked with my schedule on Saturday. I really appreciate their excellent services.
Alandata was able easily able to recover my external hard drive which I thought was loss forever. It might cost you a bit but well worth it to recover home videos and pictures. I would highly recommend them for any hard drive recovery work. They are very professional and time efficient. Great work!
I can't say enough great things about this business. I thought I had lost 11,000 wildlife photos from a recent trip to Brazil. Wayne was getting ready to close, but told me he'd keep the shop open for me. He was kind, empathetic and professional, not knowing if the photos were recoverable. In short order, he located the files on my SSD! For a very reasonable fee, he is copying my files to an additional hard drive so I will always have a back up. Truly heaven sent! Friendly, very knowledgable, trusting, and basically magicians for recovering data. I would definitely come back if needed be. My iPhone 12 mini died (died badly too) and I had no idea 3 years worth of photos were gone as it wasn’t backed up to iCloud.
