The worst service I've ever had!! Arrived shortly after 5pm. They weren't busy. Waited more than 5 minutes to get seated. Order in before 5:30. Waited more than 1/2 hour for cheese plate! Waited more than 1-1/2 hours (7pm) for entrees!! Outrageous, ridiculous service! No excuse. Had to leave for an event they knew about, so boxed the food after 7pm which was in the car too long so thrown away. A very expensive mistake going to Alana's for dinner.

Get the surprise. Don't even look at the menu. There is no need. Everyone at the table will get something different, it will all be amazing. I can't wait to go back.
