It’s very hard to get ahold of management, especially when clients are in an emergency. And when you have to leave on the job for personal reasons, very rude and disrespectful. Usually I waited 3-4 days for management to answer a question and even sometimes no response at all!

I have been employed with Alana Home Care since September 2024. I started off in a caregiving position and recently got offered and accepted a care liaison position. The corporate team really goes above and beyond for not only their employees but clients as well. I am so thankful for the opportunity of growth Alana Home Care has given me and look forward to continuing my transition with Alana Home Care in the future.

We got off to a rocky start because I live out in the sticks and was a long drive for most helpers. Then Kim came and was a wonderful caregiver for my mom while I worked. Now I have Brandy and she is amazing as well. The company has been great for my mom. Thank you Alana!
