I have been going to Dr. Serikawa's and Dr. Mau's office for almost 20 years and I have never ever once had any issues or problems at this office. You're greeted with a smile and they usually get you in right away. Dr. Serikawa always makes you feel at home but he likes to get things going right away making sure to explain as he goes. The Aunties in the front desk are awesome as well and before you know it you're done.
