Experienced, knowledgeable, and empathetic health care professionals are hard to come by these days, but Samantha Zarling is one such professional and I am so happy to have found her through Dr. Rosenbach’s office. Terrible service and awful staff!! They kicked me out of the office because I got into an argument with the staff over them not mentioning a consultation fee! Which i was ok paying but not ok that they were blaming me for not asking about it. This is a joke of a business
Dr. Rosenbach is everything you want in a dermatologist. I liked everything about my experience. He is very knowledgeable and explained everything and why he was doing each step. He is personable and kind. He also has an amazing aesthetician named Gail. She is so talented and precise with the laser. She is also compassionate and kind. It was a pleasure visiting this office and with these fine people.
I've been a patient of Dr. Rosenbach's for over 15 years and he has seen me through several skin issues. He is not only a consummate professional - he is a true virtuoso when it comes to cosmetic dermatology. Whether it be injectables or laser procedures, Dr. Rosenbach will never "upsell" a patient or allow you to do something that he feels is not necessary. I no longer live in Los Angeles, but make it a point to see him whenever my travel brings be back there. I'm honored to be his patient!
Dr. Rosenbach was the first doctor in 20 years to successfully treat my facial psoriasis. He was professional at all times while also being personable. He was unceasing in his attempts to get rid of my psoriasis which took over a year. He was and remains a great supporter and I would trust him with any dermatological condition.
I have had a mild case of seborrhoeic dermatitis most of my adult life. I have seen several dermatologists over the years and no one has been able to clear it up completely at the hair line and behind the ears. No one until now. Dr. Rosenbach resolved a life long problem in less that two weeks. I left the office after my follow up appointment today and called my husband to tell him "we have a new family dermatologist"!
He is very professional, attentive, compassionate and understanding. He explained about diagnosis and some different treatment plans very clearly in details. Simply he's excellent!
