Very upset with the organization at Alan Murphy. I had an appointment for this morning for 10am. I even received an email confirmation. Went in and was told my appointment was for March 2nd. I showed them my confirmation and was told they would look into it. A nice gentleman came over and apologized and said they could get me in at 10:30 for the same stylist. Wow, I had an awesome experience with Alli Stanley and the entire staff here yesterday! Every one was so incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and service-dedicated. This salon embodies everything I’d come to expect of an Aveda salon. They are super consistent with those values, and I’ll return because of that. Everytime I go there color never lasts!! The owner is RUDE TO MANY SALONS IN HOUSTON , AND WILL GIVE GOOD SERVICE!!!
I’ve gone to Kendrah every few months for the past year. Everytime it’s the best haircut experience I’ve ever gotten!! She knows how to execute the look I’m going for when I don’t know how to even explain it. I love her & this salon!
I have been a client here for 3 or more years! Teresa does my color and highlights and I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else!!
Everyone at this Salon is Fabulous. I have nothing but exceptional service every time I go in. Andrea Lewis is a great stylist, my cuts are great and Ashley Fricsh is a magical colorist. I know many of the ladies there and would recommend any of them.
