Alan Moore toured my home without my knowledge when I was going through a divorce. He greatly inflated the value of my home (way more than the 2 professional appraisals that had been done) which caused my buyout amount to increase and also caused additional attorney fees. He has a reputation of inflating the value of homes, obtains the listing, and then has to reduce the selling price by $20,000+ when they don't sell.
Nobody I know even comes close to the service Alan provides, in my opinion hes the best.
