Nice and Clean I like Dr. Grant's office. The staff is nice. I actually wanted to see Dr. Grant but he was booked months ahead, so I saw Dr. Akamine. He was nice too. Had no complaints except for one time they hung up on the phone with me, so I haven't gone back.
poor front office service – We have been with Dr. Grant for about 5 years and he is a great dentist however, every interaction with his front office secretary, Mary, has been intolerable. Whether it is in person or just to make a simple appointment, she is discourteous and rude. I cannot ask a question or give information without being cut off by this woman. Two Crowns .... both porceline ... one was shaved down too far and shows the metal below ... no discount or replacement just so sorry..... .... If I knew of another dentist I would go ... but stuck here ....
Easy going, honest, and very cool to talk to. Each of the Doctors is very good, with great chair-side manner. After seeing two other specialists for chronic ear pain, Dr. Grant diagnosed it in about ten seconds as TMJ. He was right.
Dr. Grant is a good and honest dentist. However, with the selection of dentists today, I tend to rate the dentist AND front office staff. The receptionist at this office has repeatedly been rude to both my husband and me. Both in office and phone interaction has been negative.
Dr. Grant has provided excellent service to myself and my family for thirty years and I have been pleased with his service..
I received services at Dr. Grant's office. Dentists were great and very professional but the reason I changed my dentist was Dr. Grant's office personnel. I was put on hold for long periods of time and front office personnel were extremely rude. None one ever called to remined me of my appointments. I was really happy with my Dentist, unfortunately I couldn't deal with the bad customer service from the front office personnel.
Time is money. Time is valuable. You can never get a moment back. The only thing I hate about this facility is how LONG one has to wait. Do not schedule a 4:00 appointment, because you won't get seen until 6:00. The back-up is horrendous! Other than that, the facilities are sanitary, the staff is eh..., the dentists are at the top of their field. Overall, a very satisfactory experience.
I always am comfertable going to Dr. grants office they know me by name and i treat them like close friends. Dr. Kim does most of my work and is the best dentist ive had to date. If ur looking for a calm place to relax theres no better.
