Some of the staff dentists are bad dentists.I had to wait 2 hours for service once. Even though I had a scheduled appointment . Another times my appointment was completly lost by the staff.
I was a little disappointed at how thoroughly they examined my teeth. I was hoping they would've been a bit more thorough. They briefly explained my dental procedure to me, but I wish they had given me more information. I was still somewhat nervous about the procedure. They didn't show any sort of attention to detail, which I think is very important. I was afraid they were going to miss or forget something important. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. I wish they had a few more staff members on hand. They weren't severely understaffed but it was obvious they could've used more help. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. Not only was I able to watch TV during my dental procedure, they had a ton of magazines for me to look through as well. I literally left in tears today!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND this outdated, unfriendly, unprofessional, ancient, could give a "darn" about their patients dental office! I had an appt today with Dr. Cho at 1 pm because my bridge came unglued and was loose. I had a root canal less than 6 months ago. They took my xray and Dr. Cho comes in briefly and says it doesnt look like we are able to save your tooth.
