Dr. Kaynard and his staff are great. They know what they're doing, they care, and they listen.
Dr Kaynard and his staff continue to stay on top of my medical condition even when I want to forget about it. He has the experience which instills confidence and the personality to put me at ease. Never had a single issue dealing with his office or staff.
Dr. Kaynard and his team are knowledgeable, efficient, and caring. When my disease was at its worst, he made personal phone calls to discuss my care plan. He takes the time to explain things in a way I can understand. I trust him so much that I drive 4 hours (each way) to see him even though I have relocated.
The procedure was a breeze. Dr. and his team were professional, informative, and considerate.

My initial visit with Dr Kaynard was pleasant. He seemed to care about my condition and was helpful in describing what had to be done
I called to make an initial appointment and informed the person I spoke with that Medicare as my primary insurance and GEHA my secondary insurance. I gave them the contact number for GEHA and told them that they should call GEHA if they needed additional information about my secondary coverage. I was given an appointment.
