As in the past, Dr. Kaynard was professional, kind, and informative. He took the time to answer my questions and make me feel at ease with the procedure. Every Caregiver that I dealt with was friendly and professional. I highly recommend Dr. Kaynard and the Oregon Clinic.

Dr. Kaynard's team was professional, kind and effective during a routine colonoscopy. Dr. Kaynard found something unrelated to the colon and recommend further screening, which is proving critical to my well being. I appreciate the calm, kindness shown to me as he explained the mass, not in the colon, and the need for more refined imaging.

Excellent experience - for a colonoscopy :) My 4th with Dr Kaynard. I always find him to be compassionate and thorough. The staff is also wonderful; respect and kindness provided at each touch point and staff member in the process. The only issue I have is with the billing process which was extremely difficult to follow. Even with a “detailed” list of charges, they were vague and I kept receiving extra billings with just one more charge… I don’t recall ever having a bill from the OC that was this convoluted. Given needed information every step of the way. I was made to feel very comfortable especially with the heated blankets.
Every step of the way is handled efficiently at the Oregon Clinic. I was in and out of my procedure ahead of schedule. Dr Kaynard explained everything to me thoroughly. I felt I was in the best hands with Dr. Kaynard and the entire staff. I would recommend Dr. Kaynard and the Oregon Clinic to friends and family
