Very nice and competent.
Dr Hein is easy to talk with and explains everything thoroughly.
Went to Dr. Hein for a second opinion about an eye issue and received some very helpful correctives and confirmations, as well as free samples of a different eye ointment than I had been using… he was very professional and thorough, listening to my complex case and giving me confidence in the way forward.
