ADM is like a second home - I have been coming here since I was a teenager and, even though I now live out of state, I come in when I'm back in town! I trust them with my hair completely. Everyone in the salon is seriously talented, has great vision, and - on a personal level - is just so warm.

I have been coming here since 2001. My stylist is Erica and she is the absolute best!! I live in Las Vegas now and every time I come back to visit which is several times per year, I always make sure to come in and have her do my highlights. My Mom comes here to see Erica as well. I actually walked in the Alan Del Monte charity fashion show one year which was a lot of fun. Erica and I have done lots of fun things like hot pink streaks, colored extensions, etc. All of the other stylists are great too, including the owner Alan.... read more
