Dr. O'Brien is smart as a whip and kind...something you often don't see go hand in hand. Her staff is extremely efficient and you're never kept waiting long. My cataract surgery was a great success...and I count their multiple instruction sheets, everyone staying "on message" and all the communications as part of that. It can be daunting to be immobilized and have your eye worked on...but the team communicates with you and treats you like a person the entire time. High praise and multiple stars for this team and Dr. O'Brien!
