We have known him for 9 years and we trust him. He has seen me and performed surgery on my husband. He has a great manner and my husband and I both like him very much!
Dr Schroeder did my carpal tunnel surgery and was fabulous. The pain I had immediately went away and was a very simple surgery with not lost pain at all. I would highly recommend him for any orthopedic needs. Great bed side manner and super sweet office staff!!

So late to appts. Staff he operated on recommended him, said he was a great surgeon I found my care adequate but unimpressive. I thought he was dismissive; refused to consider colleague's diagnosis. However, I feel like the entire experience would have been different if I hadn't been a WC patient. I felt like there might be some unconscious bias because of certain assumptions about WC cases. Surgery wasn't approved, I didn't really like him but I would've trusted him to operate based on his rep
I had a torn meniscus in my left knee...It was in need of repairing because my daily activities were limited due to the pain in my knee. I researched orthopedic surgeons and came across Dr. Schroeder. One of the best decisions I made when I choose Dr. Alan Schroeder. If you are or know any one in need of an orthopedic surgeon I highly recommend him.
I am pleased with the quality of medical care I have received. The knee surgery went well and I am currently going through physical Therapy.
