I was very pleased with the wait time. As soon as I got there, I was waited on promptly. The time in X-ray was very short. When I was leaving X-ray, I was being called in to see the doctor. The treatment from the doctor was very thorough and helpful. I am glad I had an appointment at BROC.
Very helpful with a painful problem.
The staff was great and Dr. Schroeder was great as well. They were running a little late, but when I questioned them, they assured me it wouldn't be much longer. I really appreciate communication. The waiting room is set up a little weird for people with injuries, that would be my only complaint.
