I used to see Dr. Schroeder when he was at the Bone & Joint Clinic, and I have always appreciated his excellent bedside manner.However, one issue has consistently been a problem—waiting for extended periods of time. I completely understand that doctors have other patients who need their attention, and I respect that. At the same time, my time is valuable as well. I am very pleased with the time you and your staff spent on diagnosing what was the issues of both knees. (One being okay but perhaps bruised. The other needing fluid drawn out and then time allowing it to heal. Both are feeling and looking much better. Thanks for the time you and your assistant gave to me! Sharon Wright
