It was one of the best car buying experiences ever!! Absolutely no pressure from the managers what sos ever!!
I was contacted promptly but after some research the car I was interested in has poor history reports.
Awesome so far
A bit disappointed in the fact that our credit apps were sent to numerous banks when we indicated we would take care of our own financing. This caused quite a drop in our credit scores. :/ We opted not to do business there.

They were extremely responsive and provided me with all of the additional information requested. As a result, after seeing the car, determining a value for my trade-in and agreeing on a price. We acquired the car. The salesperson was very professional and thorough and the Dealership did a fantastic job in preparing the car for delivery. I’d strongly recommend them to anyone looking to prurchase a car.

The used car we inquired about didn't have the equipment the we desired.The sales person & manager went out their way to try to help us . including bringing a car from 50 miles away the following Mon. We didn't feel we afford it, so we went back to looking for a ,used late model. In my 50+ yrs. of car buying, We have never found the outwardness, full disclosure with all information, and outward friendliness that we found at the Utica branch of Alan Byer. We have already been communicating this to friends.
Very pleased with our purchase. Bob is a great. We had a issue with the rear seat lever bob and Jason got right on it gave us a loaner car for the day and the seat was fixed by the end of the day I highly recommend them
