Buy from the best. – My wife and I are from Xenia. We recently purchased a Dodge Durango from Alan Besco. I have to say that we shopped around, being first time buyers. Not only did we get the best price in the area, but it was like brand new, and had the manufacture waranty with it. We were treated with much respect. Best Car Lot in Ohio – I hate to say it, but most people that writes bad review about Alan Besco are people trying to get something for nothing. They come in expecting them to give cars away. They have understand things are not free. They pay big money to keep there lot full of low milage, clean cars. I have bought 6 cars from there, and would'nt dream of buying anywhere else. Highly recomended!!! – I recently just purchased my sixth car from from Alan Besco Cars & Trucks. The sale sales staff was very friendly and not pushy but was able to answer all my questions. When I brought my cars back in the past for service I was treated very kind and my service work was done promptly. The selection of cars and trucks they provide is amazing. watch what u buy from here!!!!! – I agree with the other poeple with a few exceptions. I have bought a few cars from the lot and u can get a bad car if u go in blind. The first car I bought was an out and out lemon and broke down 2 months after I bought it and when they wouldn't fix the problem to my satisfaction I let the bank repo it with my blessing. RIP OFF!! Don't expect any kind of a deal!! – This is the worst possible used car lot to try to purchase a vehicle. They are extremely overpriced and have a pushy sales staff who push you into the office for your social security number to run your credit before they will even let you look at a car!!! They presented a special sale for Aug8-Aug12, where they sent out flyers to every person in the area they could get an address for, but are unable to follow through with this great sale that they offer. Poor Service – Found a vehicle online for $9,450 but sales rep stated price was $11,900 and not negotiable at lot. Contaced another sales rep next day and price dropped a few hundred but still over Blue Book value and stated owners would rather let cars sit on lot than negotiate prices. Contacted dealer a week later about a different vehicle and when we told her we had a pre-approved bank loan she said we must have really bad credit rating to need that.
