Great family owned and operated business. Such nice and friendly people! I took my vehicle in for an oil change and came home not only with my oil changed, but a car that looked like new! Plus, it was at a price that was better than the competition. I would highly recommend taking your vehicle here for service!

Awesome place, with Awesome people and #1 Customer Service ! – I purchased a car from Alan Besco about 3 months ago, they checked my brakes for me....gave me a loaner car and even drove my car to dealership (vehicle under dealership warranty still) picked it up when the repair was completed. Good cars, poor service department – I bought a car there that came with a 90 day warranty. Within 2 days the check engine light came on so I took it back. The service tech claimed I did not install the fuel cap properly. A few days later the light came on again. In all this car went back for the same problem 4 times in 90 days. Finally the service manager told me that the emissions system was not covered by my 90 day full warranty. I took the car to another shop and they found and fixed the problem within 10 minutes. GREAT SERVICE – As a single mother of two I was very nervous about buying a car on my own. I went into Alan Besco and was treated with the upmost respect and was shown many cars in my price range. My saleslady was very nice and helpful. I would recommend my friends and family to this dealership. I left there with a 2009 Kia and I LOVE IT!!!

IMPRESSIVE INVENTORY – I WAS LOOKING FOR A CAR FOR MY DAUGHTER AND CAME TO ALAN BESCO SUPERSTORE AND FOUND VERY CLEAN CARS AND TRUCKS ON THE LOT LOOKED LIKE NEW ONES. BEST CARS IN TOWN – I WAS LOOKING FOR A 4X4 TRUCK AND CAME TO ALAN BESCO AND FOUND A GREAT SELECTION. Buyer Beware – Found a 2006 Denali on their web page...they had it listed for 28,500. Visited their lot...salesperson steps out and says "that's a sweet truck...price is about 30,000. Anyway, I looked it over. Had loose belts, front tires will need replacing soon. Took it for a test ride, front brakes are a bit worn, but overall the truck is loaded and pretty nice. They don't honor their agreements – Went to Besco yesterday to pay cash for a vehicle. Had the salesman get me an out the door price. Drove the car and everything was going smooth. They had the sales contract written up as a plus tax price, I informed them that this was incorrect as the agreed upon deal was OTD. They checked with the sales manager and he verified that was in fact the case. New papers were printed and SIGNED with the correct OTD price. An awsome car lot – I have purchased my last three vehicles for Alan Besco. I never have had one problem with any of the vechicles. The staff was really nice and I liked working with Melanie and Stacey. My advice would be to take the vehicle and have it checked out whether you buy it there or anywhere else. Thank you Alan Besco staff!
