Went in to purchase a mountain bike for my daughter the person in the shop never even acknowledged that I was in the shop. Don't waste your money here buy elsewhere where they actually care about the customers
The owner is rude. Do not recommend going here.
Took my wheel in to have the axle assembled…took five minutes. Got home to notice that the springs for the quick release were completely visible. I.e. wheel was completely un able to be installed.
I call Gary the “Cycle Maestro.” He is an expert on every mechanical aspect of a bicycle. He is patient with those of us that are not mechanically minded. He explains things in such a way that are easily understood. Not only will you be receiving a repair for a reasonable price but you will be getting a lesson in bicycle mechanics.
