Guy rented me a jeep renegade with a bald tire and no spare in the back and didn't seem to care. Also did NOT return my $200.00 deposit. Showed him proof of my bank statement and he insisted that the money was returned. He rented the same vehicle to my sister and told her to pick the keys up in the "glove box", she went to pick the jeep up and the keys were NOT in the "glove box", the guy is a bad businessman, careless to say the least. I would not rent a vehicle from him; complete fraud!

Rented a van here. The online process would not work. We had to call in and ask to reserve the vehicle. They were polite and willing to accommodate us. When I arrived the system still would not accept our payment. The gentleman was very nice and still got us all setup with the vehicle and said someone would fix the payment later. During our check in it was obvious that this gentle was not very computer savvy but he did make up for it with his kindness and still accommodating us.
