Check-in was quick and flawless. I was due to turn in the vehicle on Friday at 11:00 a.m. I decided to turn it in early at 1:30 a.m. because the roads were slick from the snow and I just wanted to return it safely as soon as possible. Technically, they stopped receiving rentals at 1:00 a.m. but they made an exception for me! I am super grateful! It was very easy to rent the car an doing it on the internet saved me over $30 which was great because I returned it late and they was still very nice about it and had the lowest rates on returning it late. :-) also the car was spotless clean on a full tank of gas and drove PERFECT! Had a great vacation to Gatlinburg, TN. 5 hour drive from Cinti/OHIO. having a comfortable SUV at a great rate made the ride alot smoother!
