There are a multitude of areas that Alamo Homes should address to improve the customer experience. My customer service experience with this company ranks as one of the most displeasing I have encountered. To list the issues would turn this post into a book. I would be hesitant to recommend doing business with this company. To their benefit, Alamo did offer the lowest price I could find on the home I purchased.
We bought a Clayton home in August of 2016. We requested certain Lino floors and one piece showers, but didn't get those items. They gave us something else. We had some problems with the home besides the flooring and showers. Most problems were repaired. The shelving unit in the master bath was broken and then repaired. In 2012, I bought the southern energy 3/2 home.They installed everything correctly and fast. I added a deck with half roof along with a outside fireplace. They were professional and friendly. I haven't had any problems. I work in iraq and they worked with me the whole process. I'd recommend them.
My wife and I have been in this new home for two months now and its wonderful. There were a few things that needed some fixing, but the staff from Alamo Homes were incredible to work with, they took care of anything we noted. Great job, guys! Thank you so much.
Nothing but trouble crew left pee in bathroom trash every where unused supplies left behind and bad attitude. I have never been so unsatisfied my road closed sign was crushed by the move and no one said a word ! The salesman was fired and noone took up the slack who is in charge over there ? Im disgusted the air could not be hooked up because used parts left including insulation with tears in cover was used.
