I live in New Mexico and when I first talked to the salesperson he said they would have a crew come out set up and do everything. later found out we had to find contractors to do everything here because they don't have a crew out here. then it has been one issue after another with things wrong with this house. the kitchen had wrong cabinets, toilet never shut off and always ran, the kitchen pipes leaked because they never put tape on seams like you are suppose to, the drawers come off track, windows leak sand into the house,... read more
Many thanks to our Alamo Homes’ team – Leo Garcia, Cristina Allen, and “Big Mike,” as well as to CMH Manufacturing in Sulphur Springs. As these folks are aware, my wife and I are in a terrible bind, paying through the nose for our belongings to be in storage in one town while we are paying for temporary housing in another town. We brought her home after Hurricane Harvey. Christine was awesome. Christine was our sales rep. Christine made sure all of our needs were met and and then some. Once our home was delivered we did have a few issues. But thanks to Ann in the service department and other members in the same area they are making sure that everything gets completed in a timely manner. Love our manufactured home. Custom build very nice and Colin and Christopher are awesome sales people. Their customer service is top notch from everyone at Alamo homes we never found any rude nor anyone ever unwilling to help us.
